• You manage and optimize Microsoft 365, especially Exchange Online, Entra ID, Teams, SharePoint, and Intune.
• You handle user and group management and implement security policies.
• You support end-users in using M365 applications.
• You monitor, analyze, and document IT systems and proactively engage in troubleshooting.

Requirements

• You have several years of experience as an Infrastructure Admin and in administering Microsoft 365.
• You possess good knowledge of Windows operating systems, Microsoft Office applications, and basic networking technologies.
• You have a fundamental understanding of security and compliance policies in the M365 environment as well as identity and access management.
• You can identify optimization potentials early and proactively develop innovative solutions for a powerful IT infrastructure.
• You enjoy continuous learning and adapt quickly to new technologies.
• You are communicative and enjoy working in a team.
• You are fluent in German and English.
