Application Support Engineer - Remote

Overview

As an Application Support Engineer, you will be responsible for supporting various Product Owners in establishing service contracts, defining non-functional requirements, and implementing monitoring and reporting for application services.

In Short

• Establish service level agreements (SLA).
• Define non-functional requirements (NFR) for application services.
• Implement monitoring and alerting for application services.
• Set up reporting for application services.
• Define escalation processes for incident resolution.
• Create and track symptom-cause-action (SCA) documentation.
• Define operational support processes for incident and change management.
• Facilitate communication channels with partners during incidents.
• Conduct presentations of new services to support teams.
• Engage RUN teams for feedback on deployed services.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Data (Bac+3/5).
• At least 1 year of experience in a similar role.
• Proficiency in DAX, M, PySpark, MATLAB, and Python.
• Familiarity with process management tools like Confluence.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and Teams.
• Good understanding of ITIL methodology.
• Excellent organizational and prioritization skills.
• Strong communication and proactivity.
• Team spirit and effective collaboration skills.
• Aptitude for synthesis and analysis.
