In Short

  • Lead and delegate across the Sales Operations team.
  • Oversee the management and optimization of the CRM and sales tools.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve revenue generation.
  • Lead projects to enhance revenue processes.
  • Implement tools and integrations for revenue teams.
  • Ensure accurate data for effective growth strategies.
  • Analyze sales performance data for actionable insights.
  • Partner with Sales leadership to simplify sales processes.
  • Own operational tasks to support growth processes.

Requirements

  • 4-6 years of experience in sales/revenue operations or project management.
  • Experience in a fast-paced startup environment.
  • Intellectual curiosity and collaboration skills.
  • Experience owning vendor relationships.
  • Problem-solving skills with a focus on results.
  • Expertise in revenue tools like Salesforce and Marketo.
  • Up-to-date with industry best practices in revenue operations.
  • Highly organized with exceptional project management skills.
  • Specialization in operational processes.
