Overview

As a Junior Partnership Development Manager, you will play a key role in driving business growth, supporting client success, and expanding our presence in the digital finance space.

• Assist in the onboarding and support of institutional and Corporate clients, ensuring a seamless experience.
• Build and maintain trusted relationships with partners, customers, and prospects.
• Collaborate with senior sales, marketing, product, and legal teams to align on growth initiatives.
• Monitor the market and gather competitive intelligence to identify opportunities.
• Represent the company in client meetings, events, and industry conferences.
• Support preparation of client materials, presentations, and progress reports.
• Be the first point of contact for client queries, ensuring timely and professional responses.

Requirements

• Experience: 1–3 years in business development, sales, customer success, investment banking, or a similar client-facing role.
• Knowledge: Understanding of Web3, investment banking and fintech is a strong advantage. A genuine interest in digital finance is a must.
• Skills: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Understanding of financial modeling and crypto trading. A proactive and organized approach to work. Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
• Languages: Fluent in English and German.
• Travel: Willingness to travel.
