Overview

The Auto Field Adjuster Senior Consultant is responsible for creating comprehensive estimates of damages for material damage claims, utilizing technical expertise and serving as a peer mentor within the organization.

Requirements

  • 4-year Bachelor's Degree preferred.
  • 3 or more years of relevant experience preferred.
  • Strong proficiency in CCC One estimating software.
  • Excellent negotiation abilities.
  • Attention to detail is critical.
  • Ability to mentor peers.
  • Commitment to a customer-focused approach.
  • Knowledge of regulatory compliance in claims processing.
  • Strong time management skills.
  • Ability to interpret complex policy types.
