• Engaging with clients to understand their requirements.
• Formulating strategic automation solutions tailored to client needs.
• Envisioning and designing future operating models enabled by AI, Automation and Digitisation.
• Leading on process discovery, ideation and opportunity assessments.
• Constructing detailed business cases and implementation roadmaps.
• Coordinating change management to ensure business readiness.
• Driving the adoption and integration of automation solutions into established operating models.
• Providing comprehensive sales support throughout the sales process.
• Leading engagements by guiding and supporting clients through the automation journey.
• Utilizing Kantata for project and resource management.

Requirements

• Experience in automation and AI technologies.
• Strong consultation and strategy development skills.
• Ability to lead teams and manage client engagements.
• Proven experience in change management.
• Strong analytical skills for opportunity assessments.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to develop business cases and implementation roadmaps.
• Willingness to travel as necessary.
