Overview

Join our Talent Pipeline! BP3 seeks to build a strong pipeline of skilled UX Designers to design enterprise business software applications that meet business owners’ and end-users’ needs. While immediate positions are not currently available, we’re preparing for rapid growth and will start hiring as soon as new clients come on board.

In Short

• Work closely with clients to establish value and understand detailed requirements.
• Support Goals Workshops and other UX style activities with clients.
• Translate process maps and user feedback into user flows, wireframes, mockups, and prototypes.
• Work effectively in a team setting to synthesize abstract ideas into concrete design implications.
• Serve as a customer advocate to ensure high levels of usefulness and usability.
• Design and deliver wireframes, user stories, and mockups optimized for various devices.
• Work closely with development and business teams to convert skeptics into UX advocates.
• Iterate on designs, adjusting to technical requirements and usability improvements.

Requirements

• Deep understanding of contemporary user-centered design methodologies.
• Experience in enterprise software and complex user experiences.
• Analytical and creative mindset.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong portfolio of successful UX Design projects.
• Ability to gather and comprehend business requirements and technical limitations.
