UX Designer - Remote

Overview

We are seeking a talented UX Designer to join our UX Design team within the Product organization. This role is ideal for someone who thrives on solving complex design challenges and is passionate about creating intuitive, delightful digital experiences—especially in the financial services space.

In Short

• Design, prototype, and test user experiences for digital financial products.
• Focus on optimizing online loan and bank account applications.
• Create intuitive, visually engaging, and user-friendly interfaces.
• Collaborate with developers, product teams, and clients.
• Present design concepts and defend design rationale.
• Participate in grooming sessions with development teams.
• Use design tools to produce storyboards and prototypes.
• Review proposed product changes for alignment with UX standards.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree and 2–4 years of relevant professional experience.
• Ability to work independently on moderately complex problems.
• Strong judgment and decision-making skills.
• Experience applying user input to inform design decisions.
• Ability to build productive working relationships.
• Familiarity with design tools and methods for user experiences.
