UX Designer - Remote

Overview

BP3 seeks to build a strong pipeline of skilled UX Designers to design enterprise business software applications that meet business owners’ and end-users’ needs.

In Short

• Join a team of UX designers at BP3's clients.
• Work in an agile environment to solve user needs.
• Translate user research into user flows, wireframes, and prototypes.
• Deep understanding of user-centered design methodologies required.
• Must be based in Portugal but can work remotely from within the EU.
• Occasional travel to customer sites may be required.
• Strong portfolio of successful UX Design projects is essential.
• Collaborate with clients to establish value and understand requirements.
• Design and deliver wireframes and user journeys optimized for various devices.
• Work closely with development teams to advocate for UX.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Design or related field.
• 3+ years of professional UX Design experience.
• Experience designing complex applications for enterprise users.
• Strong portfolio with case studies showing design process.
• Expertise in Figma or other UX software is a must.
• Experience with Agile teams and requirements analysis.
• Strong communication skills and attention to detail.
