Overview

The Inside Auto Claims Specialist is responsible for assisting customers following single or multiple vehicle auto losses by providing support throughout the claims process.

In Short

• Manage auto claims from start to finish.
• Communicate with policyholders, claimants, agents, and repair shops.
• Use internal tools to assess claims and determine liability.
• Conduct thorough investigations and apply critical thinking.
• Negotiate settlements ensuring fair outcomes.
• Document all claim activity accurately.
• Review First Notice of Loss (FNOL) details.
• Coordinate follow-ups for resolution.
• Work Monday-Friday with some Saturday shifts.
• Initial training provided for the role.
