• Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to translate technical concepts into business outcomes.
• Experience with TIBCO BusinessWorks is desirable.
• Relevant certifications in Agile or Product Management are a plus.
• Familiarity with cloud-native integration mechanisms is a plus.
