Overview

As a Solutions Architect, you'll work directly with top customers, providing support for the technical elements of the post-sales journey, impacting thousands of end customers affected by our embedded iPaaS product.

In Short

  • Work with CS, engineering, and leadership to understand customer needs and implement solutions.
  • Establish our Embedded iPaaS product as the standard for integration building.
  • Build and present architecture and product demos to customers.
  • Utilize debugging and troubleshooting techniques to resolve production issues.
  • Document and report bugs or issues experienced by customers.
  • Translate customer knowledge into actionable features for the product team.
  • Maintain clear communication with customers regarding issue statuses.
  • Create and maintain documentation of customer issues and solutions.
  • Assist in training and onboarding new customers.

Requirements

  • 8+ years in a customer-facing post-sales, technical architecture or consulting role.
  • Strong understanding of JavaScript, React, TypeScript, NodeJS, MongoDB, AWS.
  • Experience translating business needs to technology solutions.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to analyze complex issues.
  • Ability to work effectively in a collaborative environment.
  • Understanding of the iPaaS landscape is beneficial.
  • Knowledge of security vulnerabilities and best practices.
