In Short

  • Seeking a dedicated Account Executive, Production for the Experiential team.
  • Responsible for assisting accounts and agency business initiatives.
  • Work closely with clients and internal teams to execute programs.
  • Lead specific production tasks while supporting the overall team.
  • Manage relationships with suppliers and assist in budget reconciliations.
  • Communicate deadlines and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Willingness to work non-traditional hours and travel to events.
  • Bachelor’s degree and/or 1-3 years of related experience required.
  • Passion for sports and entertainment industry is essential.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills are necessary.

Requirements

  • Lead specific production tasks while supporting the overall experiential team.
  • Work collaboratively with internal agency teams to ensure flawless project delivery.
  • Support multiple projects concurrently, developing project documents.
  • Manage and develop relationships with trusted suppliers.
  • Assist in invoice management and budget reconciliations.
  • Communicate deadlines and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Create a positive, collaborative environment based on company culture.
  • Willingness to work non-traditional hours and travel to events.
  • Bachelor’s degree and/or 1-3 years of related experience required.
  • Passion for the sports and entertainment industry is essential.

Benefits

  • Base salary range in New York, NY: $65K-75K annual.
  • Hybrid schedule: 3 days in-office and 2 days remote weekly.
