Agile Delivery Lead - Remote

Overview

As an Agile Delivery Lead, you will be responsible for driving the delivery of product by using agile methodology and practices across the tribe, supporting teams in their ways of working and helping them deliver better products for internal and external customers.

In Short

• Accountable for ongoing product feature delivery across tribe.
• Work with Engineering Leads and Product Owners to improve agile practices.
• Track and report metrics such as lead time and cycle time.
• Recommend and apply agile practices as needed.
• Conduct regular Team Retrospectives & Health Checks.

Requirements

• Excellent knowledge of agile principles including Kanban and Scrum.
• Strong track record of improving delivery in a squad & tribe organization.
• Hands-on experience with Atlassian products.
• Experience in a fast-paced digitally native organization/start-up.
• Hands-on experience with CI/CD and DevOps for Distributed Systems.
• Adaptable and pragmatic approach with a curious mind.
• Ability to influence engineers, ideally with an engineering background.
