Overview

The Agile Delivery Lead is a pivotal role responsible for orchestrating the Agile Release Train (ART) and ensuring the smooth delivery of value across programs and portfolios.

• Lead Agile transformations and manage delivery processes.

Requirements

• 4 years of experience in Agile Delivery.
• SAFe Certified (SA or RTE).
• Deep knowledge of Lean/Agile principles.
• Hands-on experience with Agile transformations.
• Ability to coach and influence at all levels.
• Passion for continuous improvement.
• Proactive and independent work style.
