Overview

The Business Support Associate (BSA) plays a crucial role in delivering exceptional customer service to contractors and internal teams, ensuring a smooth onboarding process and compliance with operational requirements.

In Short

  • Provide high-level customer service to contractors and internal teams.
  • Act as the sole point of contact for contractor queries.
  • Execute background checks and manage discrepancies.
  • Maintain and update contractor records in internal systems.
  • Support Time & Expense Associates with adjustments and reporting.
  • Develop relationships with PMO partners and peers.
  • Understand and apply relevant legislation and compliance requirements.
  • Issue contracts and conduct audits on compliance packs.
  • Attend training sessions on compliance matters.
  • Complete ad hoc projects as requested by the manager.

Requirements

  • Team player with a strong customer focus.
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Previous experience in office or administration roles.
  • Good communication skills and ability to work under pressure.
  • Knowledge of onboarding and screening processes preferred.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft and Oracle packages.
  • Ability to manage high workloads and prioritize tasks.
  • Ability to build professional relationships internally and externally.
  • Resilient, composed, and decisive.
  • Understanding of recruitment laws and visa requirements is a plus.
