Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree preferred.
• Strong advisory and consulting skills.
• Ability to translate complex challenges into solutions.
• Experience producing high-quality deliverables.
• Solid understanding of emerging talent technologies.
• Proven ability to work independently and collaboratively.
