Requirements

• 3 to 5 years of experience in IT transformation consulting.
• Strong understanding of cloud transformations and DevOps tools.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks autonomously.
• Proven leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent analytical and communication skills.
• Master's degree or equivalent from a Swiss institution.
• Fluency in English; German is a plus.
• Interest in consulting and client service excellence.
• Experience in digital workplace transformation is advantageous.
• Willingness to contribute to the firm’s growth and development.
