Overview

The Manager, Business Development will be responsible to manage and build strong relationships with our existing OEM partners leading to expansion of growth opportunities. In addition, this role is responsible for identifying, analyzing, and pursuing new OEM partner relationships.

  • Manage specific OEM partner accounts
  • Ensure agreement compliance and deliverables
  • Conduct Program Management Reviews
  • Negotiate agreements and renewals
  • Create annual OEM budget
  • Establish long-term relationships with OEM partners
  • Handle partner questions and resolve issues
  • Create presentations and executive briefs
  • Identify revenue growth opportunities
  • Support Sales Team and Business Development

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
  • 5+ years in business development or related field
  • Background in Sales, Account Management, or Customer Service
  • Aerospace/military aviation experience is a plus
  • Past experience working for an OEM is preferred
  • Fluent in English
  • Microsoft Office Suite proficiency required
  • Intermediate to advanced PowerPoint and Excel skills required
  • ERP system experience required
  • SalesForce experience a plus
