Requirements

• Completed (specialized) university degree with a focus on HR or a comparable qualification.
• At least 1 year of professional experience in HR, preferably in companies with 20-200 employees.
• Fluent English communication skills.
• Confident and persuasive demeanor, proactivity, team, and communication skills.
• Consulting competence, structured and goal-oriented work.
