QA Manager, Reporting Data Analysis - Remote

Overview

The QA Manager, Reporting & Data Analysis, is responsible for overall quality assurance and testing on reporting and data for clients and is responsible for supporting the Compliance team with reporting and audits. This position oversees data quality, analyzes performance metrics, creates QA reports, and implements strategies to ensure accurate, reliable, and actionable business intelligence.

• Provide a functional manager role for all QA reporting data staff
• Conduct QA reviews and test work items before user acceptance testing
• Prioritize work items and requests from key stakeholders
• Create and update Azure DevOps board tickets for reporting automation
• Identify data quality/process improvement points
• Develop and oversee the use of data analysis and quality assurance tools
• Establish data quality standards and develop policies
• Analyze QA data to identify root causes of quality issues
• Design and implement data testing procedures
• Review compliance reporting technical specifications

Requirements

• 10+ years’ experience analyzing healthcare data
• 5+ years’ healthcare administration experience
• 2+ years’ experience leading and supervising staff
• SQL experience required
• Proficiency in Azure DevOps and Microsoft Office
• Strong analytical/problem-solving skills
• Detail-oriented and highly organized
• Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
