Data and Reporting Manager - Remote

Overview

We are seeking an experienced Portfolio Data and Investor Reporting Manager to join our firm remotely from Malaysia.

In Short

• Lead the end-to-end quarterly/half-yearly investor reporting process.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with investment, finance, legal and investor relations teams.
• Review quarterly fund and portfolio returns calculations.
• Support investor relations team in drafting/updating collateral.
• Develop bespoke reporting materials for key limited partners.
• Establish and maintain regular communication with finance directors of portfolio companies.
• Conduct quarterly financial review calls with portfolio company finance teams.
• Oversee comprehensive data collection and tracking of portfolio metrics.
• Continuously evaluate and enhance existing reporting processes.
• Stay current with AI developments in financial reporting.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in business, finance, accounting or related field.
• 8-10+ years of relevant industry experience.
• Expertise in process management and financial planning & data analysis (FP&A).
• Strong analytical and financial modeling skills.
• Exceptional attention to detail and quality control mindset.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
