Quality Assurance Associate - Remote

Overview

The Quality Assurance Associate is responsible for supporting the development and maintenance of Quality Management Systems and ensuring compliance with quality assurance standards through various audit activities.

• Support development and implementation of Quality Management Systems (QMS).
• Conduct audits and support ongoing quality improvement initiatives.
• Liaise with stakeholders to revise QMS and related documentation.
• Evaluate quality processes against corporate standards.
• Assist in identifying process changes to meet regulatory requirements.
• Provide training on quality assurance practices.
• Remain current on regulatory changes and industry standards.
• Manage training database and liaise with HR for training assignments.
• Support sponsor and regulatory inspections.
• Possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Requirements

• Undergraduate degree with 1-3 years of experience or College Diploma with 4-6 years of experience.
• Experience in Clinical Research, Quality Assurance, or Information Technology preferred.
• Strong computer skills and attention to detail.
• Basic knowledge of ICH GCP and global regulations.
• Analytical and critical thinking skills required.
