Overview

The Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) is responsible for aligning and implementing the organization's human resource strategy to achieve business objectives, while providing oversight of HR functions such as Organizational Effectiveness, Workforce Planning, and Employee Relations.

Requirements

• Experience in a global or multi-country organization, especially in life sciences.
• In-depth knowledge of HR policies and labor laws in European countries.
• Experience in talent management and employee development.
• Fluent in English; additional languages preferred.
• Knowledge of organizational design and change management.
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build relationships.
• Experience in coaching senior managers in HR-related matters.
• Proven experience in managing HR projects effectively.
• Strong organizational skills to manage multiple priorities.
