Business Analyst - AMI - Remote

Overview

This position is fully remote and available only for applicants living in countries in Central America and Mexico, including Guatemala, Honduras, El Salvador, Nicaragua, Costa Rica, and Panama. We are seeking a detail-oriented and skilled Business Analyst with experience in data analytics and data modeling to support the business.

In Short

• Design, build, and maintain complex financial and operational models.
• Analyze historical and real-time data to identify trends.
• Develop dynamic dashboards and reports in Power BI.
• Collaborate to create reporting inside of Salesforce (SFDC).
• Partner with sales teams to identify business challenges.
• Maintain robust data governance processes.
• Respond to ad hoc requests for analysis and modeling.
• Communicate findings to executive audiences.
• Support sales planning and quarterly business reviews.
• Ensure accuracy and integrity of data in all reporting.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business, Economics, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in data analytics, financial modeling, or business intelligence.
• Advanced proficiency in Power BI and Excel.
• Experience with CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce) and data querying (e.g., SQL).
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• High level of attention to detail.
• Proven ability to synthesize data into actionable insights.
• Comfortable working across departments and collaborating with senior leadership.
