• Provide after sales support for ADL products.
• Supervise warranty repairs and campaign modifications.

• Provide technical training to customer maintenance staff.
• Diagnose and assist in repairs of various vehicle faults.
• Ensure customer satisfaction by returning vehicles to service promptly.
• Work as part of a team following safety policies.

Requirements

• Background in vehicle repair.
• Knowledge of ADL products and procedures; certified mechanic.
• Minimum 5 years experience with low emission buses.
• Strong communication skills.
• Experience with vehicle maintenance procedures.
• High level of electrical knowledge and fault diagnostics.
• Valid driving license; ideally a PCV or Commercial Driving License.
• Good computer literacy for diagnostic equipment.
• Understanding of modern diesel engines and electrical systems.
• Ability to carry out all aspects of vehicle repairs.
