• Plan, launch, and optimize multi-channel campaigns across Google Ads, LinkedIn, Meta, and Microsoft Ads.
• Lead SEO strategy and execution to grow sustainable organic traffic.
• Manage CRO initiatives across the marketing funnel to improve conversion rates.
• Develop comprehensive performance reports and provide actionable insights.
• Collaborate with Sales and Product Marketing to align messaging.
• Work closely with RevOps to refine attribution in GA4, GTM, and Hubspot.

Requirements

• 2+ years of practical experience in B2B SaaS environments.
• 2+ years of hands-on experience managing Paid Ads/PPC campaigns.
• Strong proficiency in Google Ads.
• Solid skills in analytics and performance reporting.
• Comfortable conducting CRO testing.
• Skilled with GA4, GTM, and Hotjar or Clarity.
• Familiarity with SEO best practices.
• English proficiency at B2 level or higher.
