Overview

Aledade is seeking a strategic and operational leader to serve as the Vice President of our newly launched Turnkey unit, overseeing the operations that support physicians transitioning to independent practice ownership.

In Short

• Lead day-to-day operations of the Turnkey division.
• Translate Turnkey vision into actionable business plans.

Requirements

• Master’s degree (MBA, MHA, or related field).
• 15+ years of experience in healthcare operations.
• Experience with primary care practices.
• Experience building managed service organization functions.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
