• Oversee daily activities of the Scheduling Outreach Specialists
• Recruit and onboard new employees
• Review and approve time records
• Manage discipline and termination processes
• Monitor and evaluate employee performance
• Conduct performance reviews
• Facilitate Team meetings and discussions
• Analyze call data to identify performance gaps
• Generate performance scorecards
• Partner with Workforce Management for forecasting

Requirements

• High School Diploma
• Experience with Five9
• 3-5 years experience in a call center environment
• 1 year of supervisory experience
• Deep knowledge of call center metrics
• Proficiency with call center technology
• Ability to analyze data and identify trends
• Excellent communication skills
• Knowledge of workforce management
• Ability to work in off-hour campaign monitoring
