Sr. Manager, Healthcare Payment Operations - Remote

Overview

The Sr Manager, Healthcare Payment Operations will support Aledade’s Practice Payments Excellence Initiative by transitioning to an automated payment processing system across all health plan contracts.

In Short

• Serve as the subject matter expert for interpreting payer agreements and payment distribution.
• Collaborate with Provider Network Operations to document processes for timely payment execution.
• Oversee receipt, validation, and processing of payments based on contracts.
• Partner with Accounting for proper classification of payments.
• Ensure transparency of payment distributions and provide updates to stakeholders.
• Support development of shared savings distribution formulas.
• Review payments processed by Data Analyst for accuracy.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in business, health administration, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in healthcare business.
• 1+ year management experience.
• Proficiency in SQL and Microsoft Excel/Google Sheets.
