Requirements

• Associate's degree required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Minimum of one year experience in management or equivalent renal experience.
• Current license to practice as a Registered Nurse if required by state.
• Current CPR certification required.
• Proven ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
• Capacity to develop effective relationships at all levels.
• Demonstrated ability to adapt and lead in a fast-paced environment.
