Overview

The Senior Director, Process Optimization will serve as the business lead in the development of a unified, automated, and AI-enabled analytics infrastructure for Provider Network Operations.

In Short

• Lead the development of a centralized analytics infrastructure.

Requirements

• 15+ years of experience in data analytics, with 8+ years in a leadership role.
• Experience in enterprise-wide data architecture projects.
• Advanced proficiency in Tableau, SQL, and Salesforce.
• Experience with API-driven data integration.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
