Overview

Aledade seeks an experienced attorney to provide advice and support on a wide range of legal and business matters related to contracting with regional and national payers. The Senior Counsel will be responsible for drafting, reviewing, and negotiating agreements with payers, focusing on fee-for-service, capitation, and value-based care contracting.

Requirements

• J.D. degree and state bar membership.
• 10+ years of payer contracting experience.
• Advanced contract drafting and negotiation skills.
• Strong written and communication skills.
• Ability to work in a team and independently.

• Experience with value-based care agreements preferred.
