Director of Procurement - Remote

Overview

The Director of Procurement is responsible for building, leading, and continuously improving Aledade's enterprise-wide procurement function. Reporting to the Chief Accounting Officer, this leader will design and operationalize procurement strategy, drive significant cost reduction through strategic sourcing, and serve as a key cross-functional partner to Finance, Legal, Technology, and business unit leaders.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in relevant field.
• 12+ years of experience in sourcing and purchasing.
• NAPM or APICS certification preferred.
• Six Sigma or Lean training preferred.
• Strong negotiation and contract review skills.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Proven success in a senior procurement role.
• Ability to coordinate multiple group efforts.
• Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to collaborate internally across teams.
