Overview

The Director, Performance Economics (Customer Retention) is responsible for the retention of Aledade’s clients in value-based care contracts, working closely with market leadership to mitigate churn through financial offerings and innovative programs.

• Travel up to 10% as required.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree with 8+ years of experience in healthcare administration or business development.
• 5+ years of management experience.
• Advanced knowledge of value-based care contracting models.
• Master’s degree preferred.
• Expertise in VBC healthcare programs and payments.
• Demonstrated leadership ability and strategic thinking skills.
• Ability to synthesize data from multiple sources.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Proficient in using computers and keyboards.
• Ability to sit for prolonged periods and occasional lifting.
