Overview

The Director, MA & Medicaid Contracting will execute Aledade’s Medicare Advantage and Medicaid value-based care contracts with national and regional health plans, focusing on negotiating contracts for primary care providers transitioning to value-based care.

• Negotiate and renegotiate MA & Medicaid value-based care contracts.

Requirements

• 12+ years in healthcare with health plans or provider groups.
• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Results-oriented with strong influence skills.
• Proven track record in relationship management.
• Passionate about value-based care.
• Master’s degree preferred.
• Expertise in sales and business development.
