Overview

The Director of Clinical Documentation Integrity (CDI) is a strategic leadership role responsible for the design, execution, and operational excellence of Aledade’s risk adjustment coding and clinical documentation programs.

In Short

  • Directs the execution of Aledade’s CDI strategy across partner practices.
  • Collaborates with Market Leaders and field teams to align CDI initiatives with regional goals.
  • Designs framework for coding operations and documentation improvement.
  • Establishes and monitors operational KPIs and performance quality.
  • Ensures strict adherence to CMS, HHS, and OIG guidelines.
  • Serves as a practice-facing spokesperson for Aledade.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of Coding/CDI-related leadership experience.
  • 5+ years of program management and project leadership experience.
  • Expert knowledge of risk adjustment methodologies.
  • Deep understanding of CMS guidelines and audit processes.
  • Strong Excel and data analysis skills.
  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
  • Relevant coding certification required (e.g., CPC, CRC, CCS).
