Overview

The Senior Sales Manager will be responsible for managing the entire sales cycle for new and existing customers in the cement industry, utilizing innovative software solutions to reduce CO2 emissions and optimize production.

In Short

  • Responsible for the entire sales cycle from initial contact to contract renewal.
  • Sell SaaS solutions for the cement industry in the DACH region and growth areas in Europe, LATAM, and the USA.
  • Analyze customer needs and technical requirements to develop tailored solutions.
  • Create solid business cases to demonstrate value.
  • Conduct persuasive presentations and demos, negotiating with decision-makers.
  • Monitor market and competitive developments to identify new opportunities.
  • Represent the company at conferences and associations.
  • Collaborate closely with Business Development and Marketing.
  • Support Customer Success in expanding existing customer relationships.
  • Maintain the CRM system and all sales-related activities.

Requirements

  • Successfully completed degree, ideally with experience in the cement industry.
  • 2-3 years of B2B sales experience with strong technical understanding.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Proven track record in customer acquisition and relationship building.
  • Self-motivated, reliable, and innovative work style.
  • Authentic presence and high integrity.
  • Strong prioritization skills and resilience.
  • Willingness to travel and fluent in German and English.
