Requirements

• 5+ years of experience managing technical web or marketing technology teams.
• Proven ability to lead full-stack development efforts.
• Strong technical understanding of Django, Python, Drupal, PHP, and AWS.
• Experience writing technical documentation and implementation-ready tickets.
• Ability to troubleshoot code or infrastructure when needed.
• Experience with CDN configuration and edge caching strategies.
• Familiarity with analytics and tag management tools.
• Excellent communication and project management skills.
• Ability to balance operational needs with strategic improvements.
