Overview

The Customer Service Member Experience Coordinator supports the strategic plans of Detroit Wayne Integrated Health Network to optimize customer satisfaction through various initiatives and data analysis.

In Short

  • Assist in developing and implementing behavioral health evaluative tools.
  • Facilitate internal and external surveys with various teams.
  • Coordinate satisfaction data collection to measure quality of care.
  • Analyze data and prepare summative reports.
  • Collaborate on outreach initiatives to obtain customer feedback.
  • Participate in quality improvement committees.
  • Maintain data collection to identify trends and improvement planning.
  • Promote member technology applications.
  • Organize participation in community-related events.
  • Assist with language interpretation requests.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in a related field.
  • At least 2 years of experience in Customer Service, Human Service, or Social Service.
  • Knowledge of DWIHN policies and Michigan Mental Health Code.
  • Familiarity with Medicaid and federal regulations.
  • Experience with data analysis software like Qualtrics and Microsoft Office.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work with diverse populations.
  • Project management and organizational skills.
  • Ability to create and present reports.
  • Active listening and collaboration skills.
