Chief Growth Officer - Remote

Overview

The Chief Growth Officer will lead JCTM’s growth initiatives, focusing on contract wins and strengthening the pipeline in the GovCon sector.

• Documented success in capture management and proposal leadership.
• Comfortable with 40–60% travel for client engagements.
• Must have a strong executive presence with DoD/IC clients.

Requirements

• 10–15 years of experience in GovCon services.
• Documented prime past performance as capture lead in the last 24–36 months.
• Proficiency with GovWin and Salesforce CRM.
• Domain expertise in C5ISR, AI/analytics, or cybersecurity.
• Proven record of scaling a GovCon company.
• Recent wins in prime contracts valued between $1M–$10M.
• Strong executive presence and client engagement skills.
• Comfortable with significant travel commitments.

Benefits

• Base Salary: $175,000 – $200,000.
• On-Target Earnings: $200,000 – $350,000.
