Overview

The Supplier Quality Engineer (SQE) is responsible for driving quality for assigned suppliers, implementing quality plans, and collaborating with various internal stakeholders to ensure compliance and improvement in supplier performance.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a relevant field.
• Proven experience in Supplier Quality or related fields.
• Technical expertise in materials, forging, and non-destructive examination.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Project management skills and English fluency.
• Willingness to travel up to 50% as needed.
• Experience with supplier qualification and performance assessment.
• Strong problem-solving and negotiation skills.
• Knowledge of continuous improvement methodologies.
• Ability to work under pressure and make decisions effectively.
