Overview

The Lead Services Specialist in Customer Contract Management will play a crucial role in managing service agreements and customer portfolios at GE Gas Power, ensuring operational excellence and compliance with contractual commitments.

  • Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical or Industrial Engineering.
  • 5+ years of experience in the power generation or manufacturing industry.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Proficient in ERP systems and MS Office.
  • Excellent problem-solving and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, matrix organization.
  • Good time management and organizational skills.
  • Experience in Services or Contract Performance Management.
  • Prior experience in Customer Service or similar roles.
  • Lean and Continuous Improvement mindset.
