The Technical Leader for Mechanical Component will lead and mentor a matrixed team, focusing on planning, technical approaches, and execution excellence for new build and modernization projects in the nuclear industry.

  • Utilize engineering productivity software and CAD tools.
  • Support learning sessions and knowledge transfer initiatives.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Physics, Chemistry, or Mathematics.
  • 7 years of experience in mechanical equipment and component design.
  • 5 years of experience with engineering productivity software.
  • 4 years of experience with ASME codes and standards.
  • Ability to travel up to 25% for project sites.
  • Experience with BWR plant product family design.
  • Strong communication and leadership skills.
  • Proficiency in Autodesk Inventor and ANSYS FEA analysis.
  • Knowledge of regulatory affairs and licensing processes.
  • Continuous improvement mindset with LEAN or Agile experience.
