Senior Project Manager - SMR Project Execution - Remote

Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Project Manager to lead cross-functional initiatives within a fast paced, highly regulated environment, primarily focused on the BWRX-300 Small Modular Reactor (SMR) project.

In Short

• Lead project performance and manage stakeholder expectations.
• Act as the primary escalation point for operational roadblocks.
• Oversee Change Requests, Requests for Information, and Design Input Requests.
• Conduct and present monthly project review reports to stakeholders.
• Own and manage project financials, including forecasting and budget adherence.
• Monitor performance against Key Performance Indicators.
• Identify and manage project risks and develop mitigation plans.
• Drive change management efforts and foster a high-performance team culture.
• Ensure compliance with quality standards and industry regulations.
• Interface directly with customers to ensure satisfaction.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university or college.
• Minimum 8 years of experience in Project Management.
• Minimum 3 years managing medium to large scale projects.
• Ability to travel 25%–50% domestically and internationally.
• PMP Certification or equivalent project management credential preferred.
• Experience in the nuclear industry or with GEH is a plus.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Demonstrated experience in customer relationship management.
• Experience in risk management and change management.
• Ability to manage and motivate cross-functional teams.
