Parts Service Specialist - Remote

Overview

As a member of the Boiler Parts – Product Administration Team, you will be an active contributor to the delivery of replacement parts and services that will help a customer maintain and operate their boiler safely.

In Short

• Execute the Order to Remittance (OTR) process for standard boiler parts.
• Develop standard quotations/proposals in response to customer requests.
• Handle multiple customer requirements simultaneously.
• Review and confirm customer purchase order requirements.
• Act as a point of contact for order management related problems.
• Support commercial team with open opportunities.
• Build rapport with customers and suppliers.
• Some travel to customer sites and supplier shops.
• Collaborate with a cross-functional team.
• Utilize established processes and procedures.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in STEM or Business, or equivalent experience.
• Minimum of 1 year experience in power or industrial sales & services.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365.
• SAP experience preferred.
• Strong communication skills.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong problem-solving skills.
• Knowledge of Incoterms and market pricing.
• Experience with LEAN principles.
• Foreign language skills (Spanish, French, or Portuguese) a plus.
