Overview

The Customer Portfolio Site Leader at GE Vernova is responsible for managing customer relationships and ensuring profitability and customer satisfaction at the Customer Power Plant site in Baton Rouge, Louisiana.

In Short

  • Lead customer relationship management for assigned contracts.
  • Coordinate and facilitate customer meetings and communication plans.
  • Oversee warranty and commercial considerations for Gas Power.
  • Manage outage planning and parts orders.
  • Drive resolution of emergent outage matters.
  • Fulfill contract leadership and project deliverables.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external customers.
  • Utilize Lean processes for operational improvement.
  • Provide leadership and guidance in a proactive environment.
  • Work on-site in Baton Rouge or remotely from New Orleans.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience in power generation.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in Technical Field Services.
  • Strong communication and leadership skills.
  • Experience with Heavy Duty Gas Turbines.
  • Ability to work onsite in Louisiana or within 100 miles of Baton Rouge.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft tools.
  • Experience in project management and Lean processes.
  • Willingness to relocate within the US if necessary.
  • Eligibility to work in the United States.
  • Successful completion of a drug screen may be required.
