In Short

• Lead the development of backend services for a government client.
• Design, develop, document, and deploy backend services.
• Focus on high availability, low latency, and scalability.
• Participate in user story elaboration and estimation.

• Collaborate with cross-functional feature teams.
• Maintain operational responsibility for owned services.
• Support SC clearance application if not held.
• Work in Agile and DevOps environments.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
• 5 years of experience in a developer capacity.
• Proficiency in JAVA programming and Spring Boot.
• Experience with Kafka or similar platforms.
• Knowledge of Scala and Spark.
• Experience integrating with PostgreSQL, Redis, or S3.
• Familiarity with Continuous Delivery and automated testing.
• Experience with GitHub/GitLab for source control.
• Experience in Big Data technologies.
• Experience in Public Cloud services like AWS.
