• Understand clients' business processes and advise on integrating Airtable.
• Advise on data governance models and solution maintenance.
• Develop solution architecture designs and project timelines.
• Provide technical guidance throughout the implementation process.
• Manage project plans and ensure on-time delivery.
• Partner with Engagement Managers to validate scope for engagements.
• Mentor Solution Architects and Delivery Consultants.
• Collaborate with Product and Engineering for platform improvements.
• Adapt to new technologies and learn quickly.
• Customer-focused mindset driving adoption and satisfaction.

Requirements

• 5+ years of solution engineering or consulting experience.
• 3-4 years in a professional services or consulting role.
• Experienced in solution architecture and project management.
• AI fluency and experience with Airtable automations.
• Strong understanding of database design and governance.
• Familiar with process mapping tools like LucidChart and Visio.
• Excellent communication skills for engaging stakeholders.
• Ability to prioritize and influence customer needs.
• Collaborative team player comfortable with ambiguity.
• Fluent in French or German is a plus.
