Enablement Manager for Partner & Professional Services - Remote

In Short

• Design, develop, and implement targeted training programs for Professional Services and Partner Teams.
• Accelerate time to readiness within the Services and Partner organizations.
• Create and manage a comprehensive onboarding process for new consultants and partners.
• Develop and maintain training materials, playbooks, and resource guides.
• Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) for enablement programs.
• Project manage cross-functional work streams and lead subject matter experts.
• Provide ongoing coaching and support to Professional Services and Partner Teams.
• Gather feedback to continuously enhance enablement programs.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in enablement, training, or professional services.
• 3+ years of program management or operations experience.
• Strong understanding of adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in using learning management systems (LMS) and training tools.
• Experience leveraging AI to streamline learning asset creation.
• Strong analytical skills and experience with data-driven decision-making.
• Knowledge of professional services methodologies is a plus.
• Certification in training or coaching is advantageous.
• Collaborative experience and desire to work cross-functionally.
